Chicks

First and most importantly, THANK YOU so much for your interest in our farm. Acorns To Oaks is a small organic regenerative family farm. We depend on the support of our community to maintain and expand operations. Please read all Info Sections before placing your preorder. Thank you!

Our chicks are hardy and well nourished from hens that are fed the best organic fermented feed and pasture. Chicks are not subject to suffering and death during shipment especially given delays. Chicks are handled within first 8 hours for a tamer temperament. Everything we sell is an expansion of an operation for our own food supply. That means everything we sell is high quality and humanely produced with care. 

Orders will be fulfilled in the order received. I will be in contact when your eggs go into the incubator and hopefully 3 weeks later, your chicks will be ready! 

Due to the unpredictable nature of hatch rates, preorders may need to be pushed back to next hatching.  

Please bring a little box for transport!

Please allow flexibility in your schedule on the day of your hatch date and the day after. I will be in contact as chicks hatch!

DELIVERY: 

Delivery available for 55cents/mile plus $20/hour both ways from Valley Springs. Delivery fee and full payment required 24 hours before delivery. Late arrival of more than 30 min forfeits order with no refund. Venmo or Paypal (friends and family) accepted.

NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Chicks will be in excellant health upon purchase. Thereafter, many factors can cause death that I cannot control or be resposible for. If you beleive there was something wrong with your chicks upon purchase, please contact me.
